Hi I’m Charyn Youngson and welcome to Houses to Impress. Over the past few years I have been buying, renovating and selling houses for a profit. I didn’t start out an expert – in fact when I bought my first reno I was a single mum on benefits with no experience in renovating.
What I have learnt is how to transform undervalued and neglected houses into well presented homes that sell quickly for top dollar.
