Users of Houses to Impress are legally bound by these terms which take effect immediately upon receiving data from http://www.housestoimpress.com.au
Houses to Impress may change these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after these changes means you agree and are legally bound by the modified terms.
1. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or use Houses to Impress content including but not limited to text, names, icons, logos, photos, images, video and audio without written consent from Houses to Impress.


2. Although all information supplied by Houses to Impress to “the Client” is given in good faith, the Client should satisfy themselves that all details and information provided to them is current and appropriate to their needs.


3. Advice given by Houses to Impress is generally of a cosmetic nature and does not cover structural issues as Houses to Impress does not give structural advice. Before undertaking structural alterations or major repairs to the Property the Client is strongly advised to seek relevant professional advice from a suitably qualified architect or builder.


4. Whilst Houses to Impress will use all reasonable endeavours to enhance the value and marketability of the Property, we do not guarantee:

  • That the Property will sell.
  • That the Property will sell any faster than if Houses to Impress had not provided its services.
  • That the Property will return a higher price than if Houses to Impress had not provided its services.

5. It is a condition of this agreement that all amounts payable by the client to Houses to Impress pursuant to this agreement are paid within the stipulated time frames. In the event that any amount is not paid within the stipulated time frame , all amounts payable by the Client to Houses to Impress pursuant to this agreement become immediately due and payable (whether legally demanded or not). All amounts contemplated by this agreement are inclusive of GST.

6. Houses to Impress may recommend or use other businesses in providing the Client with the goods and/or services contemplated by this agreement. Any business used by Houses to Impress or recommended to the Client by Houses to Impress is done so for the convenience of the Client only. Houses to Impress accepts no responsibility for the goods or services provided by any other business which has been recommended or used by Houses to Impress. The Client should satisfy themselves of the suitability of any other business before entering into any contract for goods or services with that business. Houses to Impress will not engage any other Business to provide goods or services in respect of the Property without the express written consent of the Client. The Client is encouraged to provide feedback via info@housestoimpress.com.au regarding businesses used and Houses to Impress will monitor good practice.

7. In the event that Houses to Impress use or recommend to the Client another business as contemplated by clause 6 f these Terms and Conditions, the Client is directly responsible for all charges, liabilities or accounts issued by that business in respect of the Property.

8. A consultation in the Property will take approximately 1-2 hours and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time. However, areas without a standard access or without a full staircase are not included and the consultant maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time which are not regarded as safe or appropriate.

9. Houses to Impress may rent items to the Client at rates to be agreed between the parties. All rental items remain the property of Houses to Impress and damaged items will be invoiced to the Client at the purchase price plus any rental owing on the item plus an additional monthly rental fee. Payment of all amounts contemplated by this clause are due within 7 days of the date on the invoice from Houses to Impress.

10. Any suggestions made in the action plan after a consultation are as a result of the initial viewing of the property and/or photographs and information supplied by the client. The advice provided by Houses to Impress is given in good faith and the client should satisfy themselves, before taking action as a result of this report, that they are satisfied with the cost effective measures and have taken all necessary health and safety precautions as necessary in undertaking any improvements or alterations to their property. Houses to Impress cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person using any information howsoever provided by Houses to Impress .

11. All emails received and sent are virus checked and security of information is safeguarded as much as possible. However, it is understood that the Internet cannot be regarded as a completely secure medium.

12. Houses to Impress will never knowingly pass your information on to another party without your authorisation.

13. All of the pictures taken by Houses to Impress are the copyright of Houses to Impress and anyone wishing to copy the detail for commercial purposes must seek authorisation from Houses to Impress. Houses to Impress reserves the right to use all photographs taken on behalf of clients for promotional purposes, both printed and online.

14. Endorsements. All products and service marks contained herein that are not Houses to Impress marks are the trademarks of their respective owners and are hereby recognized as such. References that we make to any names, marks, products or services of third parties or hypertext links to third party sites or information do not necessarily constitute or imply our endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party, information, product or service.

15. Houses to Impress is provided as-is without any warranty and does not guarantee the information presented is correct and error free..

16. Houses to Impress will not abe held liable for any loss suffered by any one using the Houses to Impress website. By submitting information to Houses to Impress website you agree to allow Houses to Impress the right to utilize the information in line with the Houses to Impress privacy policy. Houses to Impess is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia. In this agreement words importing the singular or plural number include the plural and singular number respectively and words of any gender shall include any other gender where two or more persons are included in the expression "the Client" then the liability under any covenant agreement or obligation herein set forth (whether express or implied) shall be joint and several.
