If The Client is not entirely satisfied with the services provided by House To Impress then the fee for the Sold For Top Dollar Transformation Package will be refunded in full PROVIDED THAT:
- The advice and recommendations of the Sold For Top Dollar Transformation Package shall be carried out in full by The Client.
- The makeover and renovation works recommended in the Sold For Top Dollar Transformation Package are to be completed within ninety (90) days from the issue date of the Sold For Top Dollar Transformation Package.
- The value added to the property by carrying out the advice and recommendations is less than 300% of the cost of the Sold For Top Dollar Transformation Package.
- The pre-transformation valuation (from a registered valuer) must be no older than 2 months prior to the commencement of the makeover and renovation works.
- The post-transformation valuation (from a registered valuer) must be carried out within one (1) month of recommendations being completed.
